I am in-network with Premera BCBS, Regence, LifeWise, Aetna, Optum, United Healthcare, and many other Insurance Plans. This is not a guarantee of payment for services. Please contact your provider for specific information about what your plan covers. I am Out-of-Network for all other insurance companies (see below).

Most insurance companies will reimburse 50% or more, if not 100%, of my services as "Out of Network." It is worth checking with your particular insurance policy to find out what your coverage is.

  1. You pay me directly.
  2. I provide you with a Superbill (fancy medical term for "receipt") after each session.
  3. You submit a claim form for reimbursement (with the Superbill attached) to your insurance company and they send you a reimbursement check!

Bonus! Most insurance companies now have online portals, with the option to submit these claims electronically!

How do Out-Of-Network (OON) Benefits work?

If you are at least 17 years old and can engage in treatment independently of your parents (ie., make payments, keep track of your appointments, communicate regarding services), I will consider working with you on a case-by-case basis. Please just contact me or set up a consultation before scheduling.

What if I am under 18 years old?

If you are new to counseling, I generally recommend scheduling weekly sessions for the first 12 weeks. If weekly isn't feasible for you, we can discuss whether or not a lesser frequency is medically appropriate for you or not.

Can I see you every-other-week or once per month?

Let's chat! If you have a vacation planned or a work schedule that clashes with the dates and times I have posted, I would love to discuss accommodations so you are able to make counseling work. If I can't accommodate your schedule, I will help you find someone who can.

What if my schedule conflicts with yours?

I require 24-hours notice for cancellations that are not due to an emergency or severe illness. If you are sick, but functioning, we can usually still make Telehealth work. If you no-show or late-cancel, you will be charged my full session fee of $150.

What is your cancellation policy?

My focus of treatment is women's mental health and spirituality. I tend to see a lot of women who have experienced childhood trauma, sexual assault, religious abuse, eating disorders, postpartum depression, marital troubles, low self-esteem, body image issues, issues related to sexuality and identity as a woman, repressed and blocked creativity, and of course, depression and anxiety. If you need help with an issue I haven't mentioned yet on my website, reach out and let's chat to see if I'm a good fit. If I'm not, I'm happy to help you find someone who is.

What problems do you treat?
